Boxcar Bakery uses these common allergens: wheat, eggs, peanuts, soy, and sesame
Our bakery predominately uses wheat in most of our recipes. Any items that are labeled "gluten free" do not contain gluten, but are made in our facility that produces other items with gluten.
We also use nuts in our bakery including but not limited to: walnuts, pistachios, peanuts, almonds, and pecans.
We use sesame seeds in our bakery daily.
